Alright so I've been hooked on this show for the past few weeks.
A brief description from the Avatar wiki:

The new series takes place seventy years after the end of the Avatar: The Last Airbender story arc with new characters and settings. The protagonist of the new series, Korra, the Avatar after Aang, is a hot-headed and rebellious young woman from the Southern Water Tribe who is "ready to take on the world".The series will follow Korra as she faces an anti-bender revolt while mastering the art of airbending from Aang and Katara's son, Tenzin.

My first thoughts were that I absolutely love the show so far. The pacing is pretty quick, but I haven't exactly had a problem with it just yet. Korra's badass character was probably what hooked me in initially, and even the rest of the characters such as Bolin, Mako, Asami, Tenzin, and Tahno for example are keeping me quite amused.

One aspect that makes the show feel a little off to me is the script/screenplay. Sometimes I find it awkward, as if its trying to find this midway between a very modern and the "traditional avatar dialect" if you will.

I'm interested in hearing what you guys think. Who's into this show? :D

I love it. This is the only animated show that I watch. I think people of all ages can watch this.
As for the plot, I don't really think THAT much about it because I don't really know much about Bumi etc.
I think mako and bolin are real brothers. There are many theories that this all relates to zuko somehow, but I guess we'll find out soon. And everyone's been burned/killed by a firebender (amon's parents and mako/bolin's parents). Some people suspect it's just one firebender who just likes killing people's parents for the fun of it (haha).
I think they did a really good job with this show. I'm just gonna let them answer all these questions in the show.

My strongest zuko vibes do come from Mako, and weirdly enough I wouldn't be surprised if Asami had some sort of relation to Azula, lol. I'm looking forward to seeing more connections to the previous show

It's the sequel to Avatar: The Last Airbender that is set to 70 years later from the original show and tells of the next avatar, Korra.

If you've watched ATLA, I sincerely recommend that you take a look at Korra. It may freel odd and sad that many of the old characters are not seen on the screen, but the new characters replace them with their personalities and stories. I've watched three or four episodes this far of the show, but I'm going to watch the remaining episodes when I have the time.

I definitely agree with Cameron. Even if you haven't seen ATLA (although you'll want to) be sure to check it out :] who wouldn't be fascinated with a show that actually executes elemental powers well? haha

BUMPING~!! The season finale was AWESOMEEE! still extremely fast-paced but nonetheless I am very satisfied! ^_^

How many episodes are aired up 'til now?

12 I believe! I wonder how many seasons these guys are actually planning to make...it seems like they're gonna run out of material after just the second season =.=
