Over the last few months the KHS staff along with myself have been remodeling the forum style, site, and media. We have been working very hard to create a magificent forums to your likings where you can come, hang out and enjoy a place you would call home. I won't do too much rambling, but there will be another big announcement this New Years! So listen up, great news to deliver to you.

What's New on the forums :

TOPIC RATING SYSTEM :

What is the topic rating system you ask? Well it's our new rating system that rates each forum topic by the number of posts, views, and activity that is being produced to each thread. It's a great way for other users to get involved with each other and see what topics are the HOT talk of the forums. You will see a format of stars per-each thread, so be sure to look out of your thread and see how many stars you topic might be able to each by it's activity. :D


Personal Status Update :

That's right! You can now have a personalized status above your forum username.


CHATBOX :

Chatbox is now avaliable to use. Although it's our own new scripted beta version, the chatbox will be remodel in a few days. So for now it is open to the public to use and test, so enjoy!

Trade Points for Perks :

That's right, you can now trade in your points that you have earned by posting and being an active member of the site. Trade Points for Perks allows you to be more involved with the site where you will experience more things, and new areas. The listed items below are the Perks traded in for Points
- aware * these items may change in the future

• Premium Membership (VIP)
• Member of the Month
• Recieve a free award; any of your choice
• Allowed access to the staff application forum (this is where you can apply for staff positions that are vacant)

#HashTag Tagging System :


A Hashtags is a label for content. It helps members who are interested in a certain topic, quickly find content on that same topic.
The symbol of Hashtags is: #

A hashtag looks something like this:  #KingdomHeartsNews #Announcement

When you click on #connection keyword, you'll find all topics on which the keyword has been tagged:

- Your Profile

Right now you have a new button available on your profile:


That's all there is for this update, we ARE still doing some final touch ups to the site. There will be a Part 2 of this announcement once everything has been completed. If you see any bugs, errors, and anything weird, please let us know asap so we can address the issue.

I'm alittle angust to try out the trade points for perks. How will we know how much each cost to cash in points, like if we have enough for the award or not...

Premium Membership seems like a goal for me to take on..

Wow, way to make a comeback on KHS. It's always something new or redesigned on this place, I like it. Makes me want to continue to be a loyal member here.

Superb! really a splendid job. Already this forum was great, but now it really is even more beautiful. Really great job, compliments (especially for the layout). Keep it up, and not preouccupatevi, for everything there is us users as help. After all you are doing for us, no? ^_^

The mainsite layout looks great, the news layout and so much more. The site itself is definitely nicer and visible, with better quality, at least there can be read easily something new while here no one read it.

I was thinking this to, probably each perk may cost differently depending on how GOOD the perk is that you want, is what I am assuming....

I am pleased to see the homepage finally completed, only thing I was worried about was the Kingdom Hearts Links, with the games descriptions... I'm sure they will be done but I would like to see them completed soon Dx

Have no fear :) The Kingdom Hearts Link descriptions on the homepage will have it's own unique page on each Kingdom Hearts Title. They will have all the information you need on each console.

This system is another one our best creations, if you click the Shop link on the navigator header you'll see everything that is explained there.

Yes! After many attempts and effortless times, we've finally managed to construct a beautiful layout relative and upbeat to the forums. Still, we are casually going to add things to the homepage, do not worry.

As for the Game descriptions, we are creating those now. :)

It feels amazing coming into the new years with kingdom heart site and the update is fantastic. I use to be apart of the staff is working with them was great! I'm loving the design and graphics quite eye catching.

Points Perk Shop will be my go to, for sure. *needs to get my points up by posting more* -.-

Cool update. The Member of the Member perk seems pretty interesting. What exactly will MoM benefit for us, I know you guys always have something underneath you guys sleeve when it comes to prizes.

Chatbox, I've been waiting for a new one and this one is great! although it's a beta verison I'm sure the updated one will be a lot better. The style of the forums is amazing as usual, the khsite staff always does a great job. keep us updated good job with the shop, I've already tried it out and I love it!

I had one question, once i submit my points for the shop who checks my request?

I haven't tried out anything yet but Very exciting. Anything to keep the Kingdom Hearts flame inside me going. I'm sure it will be awesome! Thank you and thanks khsite staff and everyone else that made it possible.

One of the admins will receive your request and make the transaction for you. When you submit your cart you automatically send a PM with the title "Order of Store" to us. If you check your outbox you can double check to see if your cart has included everything you wanted.

That's right you guys, tagging is now an option on the forums, it'll be way easier for you to find topics of your mutual interests. Don't get too overboard with this update, abusing this option will be quickly removed. Regardless, a Hashtags is a label for content.
