Hey everybody. just wondering if you could answer my question because im still scratchin my head over why every body else forgot sora in KH2. does it have to do something with Namine's conmrol over sora's memories or Xion dieing and everybody forgeting her and also forgetting sora because Xion is his clone. please tell me

1) Mark Days spoilers. That isn't common knowledge yet.
2) It has everything to do with Namine's powers. Something we know of in KH2 and that was shown to have already took place not too long into the year of Sora's sleep was that in order for Namine to piece together Sora's Memories properly, she had to delink them in his Heart. Doing so also made everything sharing the Memories with him forget those Memories as well. Hence why until the Memories were restored fully in Sora's Heart once he absorbed Roxas, no one was to remember him.
The only truly debatable case here is Riku who seemed to remember enough to care during the year of sleep, but still not all of it as he said "the haze was clearing" in KH2.
I'd imagine that he forgot along the way, or when Roxas was captured to make sure the Memories were recovered from scratch, or something along those lines.

Namine made everyone forget him, and to add no one really forgot him, they just never spoke of him because they knew he would be alright.

I thought namine along wanted to erase xion from everybodies memories so they wouldnt know about her.? o.o

He was forgetten for half of the reason because they wanted sora to wait until he was fully recovered, that is why riku in DAYS tricked xion to come back to sora, because sora was fading why xion was coming to existense.

Is it becuz he was not losing his memorys or was it cuz of namine?

Well thats part of it, but mainly because Namine used her powers to make everyone that was connected with sora's heart forget him making it seem like he was fading to inexistent.

I agree with this post, even though he didnt recover, he was still forgotten.

it has nothing to do with that namine can play with the hearts of sora and anyone linked to him so for part organization xiii's plan she had to delink them from his heart thus causing them to forget him.
