Coded Picture Hooded Man

This guy appears not only to King Mickey, Donald, and Goofy in Disney Castle, but has been seen taunting the virtual Sora in Traverse Town as well.

I've seen some people say that the figure looks like Roxas, from the way he stands and the size of him, but I don't know. It seems really weird for Roxas to come back after Kingdom Hearts II as a potential antagonist.
But if it's not Roxas, then is it someone new? :Ahh:

Anyway, like you said, it really wouldn't make sense for Roxas to come back as a villian, and I can't think of who it could be either. Maybe a Birth By Sleep character? Or maybe Xion.

I think it is Roxas, he's short like him, he poses like him. Also what other person would have an Organization Coat on if your saying that the ORG. has come back for KH3. ?

I think it would be kinda random to bring in a new Organization member, so to me I'd think Roxas is a likely candidate ^^

I say the organization is done for, we've already beaten them all, so why should they come back? I say the unbirths will come back.
