Is Namine, Kairi's nobody. In KH2 it shows clear signs of Namine being Kairi's nobody but why was Namine in CO and how does she have powers over Sora's memory.

If not then who is Kairi's nobody because obviously in KH1 she loses her heart to darkness.

Yeah, she's Kairi's nobody. In CoM, it heavily hinted at this, or it may have just been outright said. It would explain why she has power of Sora and his friend's memories, because, in a way, she's deeply connected with them.

Yes, Namine is Kairi's nobody. If you played Kingdom Hearts II you would know that.

Namine is the nobody of Kairi, but was created because of Sora. When Kairi lost her heart it went into Sora's thanks to the spell Aqua put on Kairi. When Sora stabbed himself to free Kairi's heart, Roxas and Namine were created out of Sora's and Kairi's heart. Because of this, Namine got the power to mess with Sora's and those people he are connected to memories.
