You know the cutscene when Roxas goes to the islands then he thinks he sees xion when it is actually zexion? I understand only that without roxas, that cutscene was from KH: Re: CoM. But can someone explain it to me that how roxas saw riku, zexion and how roxas, xion, riku, and sora's head was hurting? I am confused.

You basically got it all wrong, they were never in his head, it was all an illusion to Sora.

It was all an illusion to Sora? I was wondering what was going on, with it starting with Roxas, then moving to Xion, and Riku and Sora.

I would say that as well, just feeling all the emotions of the people he's connected with (like sora is connected to roxas, kairi, riku, xion, namine, axel, aqua, ven, and terra), that's how i saw it when BBS came out...

then again, I could be wrong.

It was an illusion to Roxas and Sora, nobody was really there. If you check back in the Ansem reports it'll tell you why he saw what he wanted to believe.
