I think that Catsle Oblivion turned back to its normal state befor Aqua changed it and relesed Ventus/Vanitas but it was still stuck between the light and dark.

Land of Departure changed to Castle Oblivion. It is not stuck between light and dark. It exist between the realm of light and dark.

basicly, the Land of Departure returned, Ventus/vanitus was released, but the castle was still stuck in the middle of the realm of light and the realm of darkness.

Ventus/Vanitas still remain within The Land of Departure. (Most likely)

The Land of Departure always existed between The Realm of Light and The Realm of Darkness.
(It isn't a bad thing that its inbetween)

well think if Sora has to bring back VAT then he would have to be able to reach the castle, and Aqua problably already unlocked it when the organization was destroyed. just because she is in the realm of darkness dosen't mean she can't do it. and then Vanitas would have to be defeated to bring Ven back.

She locked it within the castle. You can't unlock it from the outside. Let alone a different realm.
(That's like Sora locking a keyhole in Monstro from Agrabah. You just can't do it.

Vanitas and Ventus's heart rejoined. He doesn't need to be defeated.

If castle oblivion got destroyed, what do you think would happen to ventus since he is sleeping inside the castle.

It's not but if it did. Ventus wouldn't have a body for his heart to return to.

wich would mean that his heart would be stuck in sora forever.

I don't think so, because in final mix we see Aqua standing in front of castle oblivion in shock, meaning she was surprised to have seen it. so it must be still in the same state, unless i'm missing something.

That was not Castle Oblivion. It was The Castle of Dreams.
