- You must have a mature attitude and be willing to handle any issues around the forums.
- You must be committed to the site and active
- You must have leadership skills and help members around the site if it is needed.

Please write substantial answers to the following:- Why would you like to become a Moderator?
- Have you had any past staff experience on forums? If so explain.
- What past leadership experience inside or outside of the forums have you had?
- How many hours/days do you feel you can commit per week?
- Do you have any preference as to which area of the forums you would like to moderate?

Graphic Designer

- Be able to create consistent designs for the site when updates are needed
- Have good critiquing ability for site designs and SOTW contestants.
- Know basic HTML code for when applying new site templates, etc.
