When MX had Ven by the back of the neck, did MX cast fire, then blizzard or somthing, because it looks like Ven was on fire before he was frozen.

I guess it was some kind of "burning ice". I think it was part of the spell.

Yea it was burning ice, like when you see cold air. Also Ven was frozen and was thrown down the hill, so you could tell that he was solid ice.
