How come kingdom hearts looks different in KH1 and KH2? and which one is kingdom hearts in KH1, the big monster thingie that Ansem is on, or the door? amd what about KH2? the Heart in the sky, or the door?

I believe the door is the pathway/door to Kingdom Hearts (the Heart in the sky) that's how I've known it to be
