I was wondering how to you become a staff member? is there some sort of special objective you have to intake?

I don't think you ask, you get asked. You probably need to be a member for quite a while before being even thought of.

^this, and there isn't any specific objective to become one. If you can prove any skills that a certain position requires, or if you are a loyal, active member who behaves, then yeah, you may be fit for the job. But I would suggest not bringing it up so much if I were you.

Right what Namine and the others have said. If you can display to be a well rounded members around the forums and help out as much as you can you will be watched.
