ow do you think Master Xehanort is able to appear as a young man in Dream Drop Distance? He was old when he gave up his body and took Terra's, so how does he appear young again? What do you guys think?

Well the whole thing is some form of training/dream simulation. And indirectly Xehanort has affected both Sora's and Riku's fates as Keyblade wielders. Prehaps it is showing young Xehanort as a form of foreshadowing of his return. Or to show how long he has affected their lives. After all, he was the first inhabitance of Destiny Islands to have escaped causing Riku to the same when he got older.

Maybe it's because he turned back into Xehanort (Terranort without his memories). We all saw that he originally looked like that... to some extent anyway. The Organization cloak is new, but he could've picked that up from Braig or another former member.

Kingdom Hearts 3D will have cut-scenes of Xehanort's point of view. That might be one reason.

I'm guessing that Younger Xehanort will return or he is the MF from BBS FM!

Isn't younger xehanort connected to Terra as well? Maybe Xehanort will comfort the older xehanort possibly? and what about Vanitus?

I don't think it's young Xehanort but a younger version of Xehanort/Terra or a younger Ansem SoD. We've already seen young Xehanort and his skin is white.

It's Younger Master Xehanort.

if Vanitas return then what will happen to Sora? Isn't sora created from the sleeping side of ventus?

Sora is his own person. Vanitas is Ventus.

Exactly what Legacy said, sora just has vents heart for now. But anyways, yea that's what I thought I kinda figured that Terra was a younger xehanort.

In the translated video we provided he states "that there is another heart, other than sora's"

That's quite puzzling, but I wouldn't expect to see Vanitas out of all people. This takes me back when I fought him silhouette.

I wonder what xemnas meant by his line. everything is confusing so far in the story, but i'm sure sora and neku will go back to there home world if they awake from there dreams.

All is about this game is like a dream-based. Some people were younger, I think.
But about Master Xehanort, they said that he will come back. Maybe Xehanort (the one who is the apprentice of Ansem the Wise) turned into his incarnation and eventually became to be young because of his new appearance. If he looks old, he's old. Just maybe.

Normura mentioned Xehanort has had multiple forms and there is a reason for it. Younger Xehanort is one of them.
I'm thinking it's time related. Hint! Hint! A younger Xehanort and the Mysterious Figure in Birth by Sleep who wore a black coat and the ability to manipulate time.

Correction, but remember in one of Nomura's interviews he never stated if that fight or rather "mysterious figure" was canon or non canon. It was just an extra boss battle to fight. Hence the turn "mirage arena"

Correction, he doesn't have to confirm it. The battle doesn't take place in "Mirage Arena". When Ventus, Aqua, and Terra return separately to the destroyed Land of Departure. They battle "The Unknown/Mysterious Figure. It's canon. :lul:

#1 Nomura said the Mysterious Figure is not encounterable in BBS's timeline, meaning it is non-canon like the Sephiorth fight in KH1

#2 Nomura confirmed that the Mysterious Figure is someone new but doesn't have any important to the BBS series.

The odds are that it is.

1. It takes place before the Grand Battle at the Keyblade Graveyard. (Aka Within the story)
2. Nomura uses these bosses to introduce new characters.
KH 1: Xemnas vs Sora
KH 2: Sora vs Terra's Lingering Sentiment
KH BBS: The Mysterious Figure (Younger Xehanort?)vs T.A.V.

Basically, I believe it is.

The MF wears a black coat started by Xehanort. I'm thinking he's going to have some importance.

Inevitably, Sora will have to fight Xehanort regardless of form!

If the series will continue, I'm pretty sure it will, then yes. There will be more "secret bosses".
