I think the dreamers group should hold it's own contest against each other in the fifth district area that way members can see which elite member is the best of the best?

Yea we're actually working on that now as we speak, the contest section should be and running in know time, so if you could patiently wait, that would swell.

If the group consist of having their own contest they should start it whenever right? we don't necessarily have to wait for them.

The contests probably specify a date and time when they're released, and then you can start whenever.
