So I'm making a thread to whether there should be a Kingdom Hearts III or not. Basically I'm not sure if the project is already being worked on, but I could see a last kingdom hearts game being the third.


What are your thoughts, should there be one or not. Feel free to make  theories here based on the KH's games and supporting evidence.

I think there should be, i would like to see all the secret endings and plots. ;DD

i agree, but i voted yes. they CANNOT just leave a big cliff hanger at the end of KH2, with that whole message in a bottle from mickey and all, without continuing it.....

I think there should be! Kingdom Hearts is one of those games that is meant to have many prequels and sequels and whatnot. It's all thanks to it's wonderful mysterious plot.

At an extent there should be, but it won't happen. I personally believe that if there will be, it will be most deffinitly different.

I'm hoping there's a third one. I think we can do another Sora adventure some good.

That's what I'm thinking like. I think KH3 will make kingdom Hearts more lively again.

A third one wouldn't be as bad. Seeing it end with no unsolved parts of the story would be awesome. I say yes. Maybe then we can stop complaining about another series and just let this one be the last one.

It'd be awesome to have a third game, but honestly I think it all depends on how the other games end and if there is any indication that the story can truely continue on for another game.

Yes, I would like to see another kingdom hearts game. KH shall rule the planet, lol. In all it's already probably will be announce, khi, and kh2 has it up already. :)

True, but until we here from Square-Enix itself, then I can doubt, that it will be coming out anytime soon.

I'm not even sure about the game yet, so I choose wait, and see what Nomura himself says.

I believe he did say it already, just haven't announced it yet, personally, i like to see if there will be new characters and keyblades at that. ;/

Nomura did announce the project, he just said it was going to be put on hold for now, because he's still trying to decide on some things and the makings of it.

I still disagree, there shouldn't be another one. Let BBS tell all the secrets of Kingdom Hearts,

Well we all have our disagreements, I just wouldnt think the purpose for a WHOLE new game just to come out for some damn secrets.

I doubt it, it'll probably have another secret to it, or a unsolve battle as always.

I recall an interview with nomura saying the project is actually being made, but they wont say anything else about the game.

The fact that the KH 3 will be in ps3 is very awesome...this time the graphics and the story and all the gameplay will be very f...g good! But like the kingdom hearts 2, it will be a little late until the game ends and go to shops

Can you post the link to where Nomura announced it at, or was it a scan. I think there should be another kh3 so the whole plot of the kh series will end in that last game.

No... the Kingdom Hearts will not endin KH3!!! I have a good enstict on that, like metal gear which Hideo said that he will finish it in mgs4 with Snake's end but in E3 he told that he will make one more mgs the Metal Gear Rising with another main char, so KH will continue with another chars...the KH birth by sleep or called it as you want...will be a story about how KH starts and in KH4 will KH ends...
